
i've been at this job for about 5-6 months now and never bothered to touch my gym pass... well, not anymore fellas! monday i went to the gym with denise, sam and kelly to check it out. denise and sam are super pro-active with this gym thing so they know everything and take all the classes offered there.. mondays are "spin class"..basically, cycling for an hour straight..i mean hardcore! now...it was my first day.. and i cycled for an hour straight but at my pace.. i didn't do any of the standing or hovering spins...i did the sprints tho. but holy cow! my legs need to be worked out because i was dying ! got drenched in sweat too so that was a nice feeling:) spin class is every monday and wednesday. looking forward to the next session!

kelly and i also checked out the hip-hop class and that was fun too :) simple enough moves for beginners! i prefer these aerobic-dance type classes over spin class... spinning gets too repetitive but it's more of a workout
let's see if i survive the rest of this week!
other classes they have are yoga, body sculpting, weight lifting..etc... hmmm, yoga you say?
