teeth appointment...!

yay no cavities! i was surprised, with the amount of candy i've been eating these past few months ... oof!

fillings...ouch!

i got my dental fillings yesterday...
i'm so glad i made an appointment for the afternoon--POST work..
because i came home sore...puffy...numb...and super drowsy (-_-)
i don't remember fillings being such an ordeal!!
perhaps it's because i had to get multiple fillings on one side of my cheek....
i still can't open my jaw big enough to eat food... or anything crunchy :(
but in other dental news, all the gals at the front desk noticed my haircut!

teeth cleaning...♥

with all the halloween candies and goodies i've been consuming lately, a cleaning at the dentist couldn't have happened at a better time♥

i had my teeth cleaned, flossed, polished, etc. it feels great!

good news is i don't have any cavities:) and my weakened gums are doing slightly better but i just need to start brushing softer...

now let's just hope i get through halloween without eating too much candy.. (yikes, that's gonna be hard...i already bought myself a full bag o hershey kisses ...! i heart♥choco

...dentist...again...

this was supposed to be my final visit but... the labe "screwed up" and i had to go in for another impression...i still have a temporary crown.... i'll need to go back again in a couple weeks...

but i was able to squeeze in a cleaning and i got myself a new baggie of hygiene goodies ! yay for my new toothbrush ! but they did mention i'll have to custom make my own mouthguard next...i guess i'm a grinder (*_*)

another dentist appointment today...

today i had to get my temp filling out and replaced with a temp crown...also got an impression of my tooth so i can get that permanent crown put in ! geezers...how many steps does it take for me to get my tooth back?! anyways, i got numbed again and went under the laughing gas this morning...then had to drive back home and bus to work--putting in as many hours as i can today so i won't have to do friggin 4/10 hour days again... i managed to get 4 hours in...

but what an exhausting day...too much to do on a monday!!

drain the pain...!

so what i thought was a throbbing headache all week, turned out to be an infected tooth...!!! i've been in pain all week and it had only been getting worse and worse... so i worked a half day yesterday and went to the dentist..."dr. meyers..." aka the coolest dentist on the planet! he drained my abscess to ease the pain for now, and i'll get a root canal next month. yikes !!! so scrrred but i wanna get that darn tooth just taken out...!

i went to the dentist this morning... found out i had cavities ! (i hadn't been to a dentist in 2 years...bad bad !) so i ended up at the dentists til this afternoon getting fillings and a partial crown... yikes ! looks like i'm really gonna have to cut down on my candy intake...

and..more flossing? arrgh...

the dental clinic i went to was awesome...they had a flat screen in front of me and i got to choose a movie to watch while they worked on my teeth..!!
guess what i chose to watch?? DIRTY DANCING.. yep yep !
