(it's creepy but their heads come off! and you can store stuff in it!)
i'm thinking of using them for my sewing supplies♥

ummm..a dwight bobblehead! i was definitely gonna be getting one at some point!
(we're currently in the middle of 'the office' marathon. we're on season3 right now)

i didn't bother taking a photo of EVERY gift i got, but i got great stuff♥
art books, movies, posters, clothes, new earphones, etc.
Jamus even donated $150.00 to 'benefit autism education' in my name! that was really cool of him

(i looked up her wishlist she sent out at work)
hee hee they're cute! they remind me of the movie "Amelie"
so i went out looking for gnomey stuff but i thought this was the best.
it's the ATTACK of the gnomes!
this book does not cutesify them--instead it talks about how you should protect yourself from gnomes attacking your home and garden!! but in a way, that's what makes this book so cute♥
hahahah i found it at the bookstore and HAD to get it for alon--quirky goodness

alon made me an earring pin-up board and 2 earrings♥
it's funny--when i hung out at her place i noticed in the bathroom how she pinned earrings on a cork board and i thought "what a neat idea!"
it's been on my mind for some time but i never tried it out
my earrings are still stashed in a wall pocket thingy...and they get tangled all the time :'(

voila!!
now i have my earrings paired up~!
she used a super antique art frame (circa 1970)
the date is still on the back so that's kinda cool!
this might be the oldest item i have in my new aparment♥

custom framing+jen..! O_o

i still owe erika a christmas present...i know, it's long overdue!
but we know what she wants! and we completed out mission yesterday♥
as we all know by know, erika hearts pearl jam to death and wanted one of her precious posters to be custom framed, so we did!
i've worked in custom framing before and never really paid attention to that industry...EVER!
afterall, i never have the urge to frame stuff.. (it's so darn expensive...)
but i've come to find that framing shit is popular in the U.S. of A
(really..i mean in japan, no one would think to frame something for over $100)
turns out my old art store buddy, jen works at the aaron brothers in redmond♥
it was a freak coincidence! she looked great and i'm glad she's taking care of our framing☺
haven't seen her in...roughly 8 years.
so that made for a very interesting day. she also helped me get the best deal.
oo, now I'M excited to see how the finished framing comes out!

dress online from H&M... just for the heck of it, i went to check out the store..

last week i was browsing through macy's in search of a cute ivy-worthy rain boots... no luck in that department. as i was leaving, o m g... macy's has already set up a christmas department !!! wha wha what?!?! but...we only JUST entered october !! the trees are only JUST starting to brown...!! wow... i feel like every year department stores are bringing out their christmas goodies sooner and sooner... boy... i guess they need to bring in the dough as much as they can... although, i'm a little guilty with this whole christmas spirit thing.. i'm already starting to think of christmas presents for my important peeps...! ♥
