magic mouse...♥

magic mouse toys is a cram-packed toy store in the middle of pioneer square--seattle.
they have all sorts of goodies and funky stuff...as well as proper children's toys and old school favorites♥ it has 2 floors and lots to look at!

weird stuff like this ! hahahah bacon vs tofu. i'm definitely gonna side with the tofu♥

my childhood memories have returned !! these were my 2 favorite books as a child♥
'the little house' is the smith family's favorite! i remember my father and mother were a big fan of the book. i remember reading it before bedtime every night. i had the story memorized almost word for word! i'll definitely read this to my kids one day♥
as for richard scarry, his picture books are awesome !!!! they're fun to look at even now♥

autumn is upon us...♥

i know, these photos aren't the best...but my camera phone is usually the only device i have on me for last minute shots. these are taken right by my apartment and unfortunately we had gray clouds this day. i wanted to take a shot of the beautiful trees♥ the leaves are in the process of turning brown. i wanted to take these awesome gradient colors before they turned completely brown. so beautiful! it really is just a short span that we get to enjoy these colors♥

why so soon...?

last week i was browsing through macy's in search of a cute ivy-worthy rain boots... no luck in that department. as i was leaving, o m g... macy's has already set up a christmas department !!! wha wha what?!?! but...we only JUST entered october !! the trees are only JUST starting to brown...!! wow... i feel like every year department stores are bringing out their christmas goodies sooner and sooner... boy... i guess they need to bring in the dough as much as they can... although, i'm a little guilty with this whole christmas spirit thing.. i'm already starting to think of christmas presents for my important peeps...! ♥

it just dawned on me that i didn't get any pictures of me-self in the biker get up for the oyster run.... NOOOOO!!!!!! erika managed to capture this one, in which i look like a ghost desperate for some coffee.... well, i'll be sure to get more biker pics of myself. maybe marty could give me a ride a few more times while the weather is still kinda nice♥

the guy who made our crepe was cool! he looked half japanese or something, with crazy hair ! it was big but he had it wrapped up in a ..hairband thingy... hahaha sounds weird but he rocked the look.

i've also become a 'fan' on facebook...that's right peeps! they have a facebook page:) just spreading the word♫

afterwards, erika and i proceeded to shop at babies r us for a baby shower she's attending . my goodness !!! baby clothes are the cutest miniatures of everyday normal things ! eeeek♥

'blue rain'....?

as in...'purple rain'...

as erika and i were headed to chinatown on monday--she notices a blue replica of prince's "purple rain" motorcycle...!!! i had totally forgotten that it is an actual motorcycle normal people ride... just haven't seen one in a while...! this one was blue... not as shiny, not as..short and not as... flamboyant..? hahaha i tried getting photos but i didn't want the guy to see me! so erika snuck a photo using her rearview mirror... it was just funny to see one of those bikes. thanks erika for the snapshot !

ROAR!!! stupid construction.... >:(

construction has been non-stop in the (downtown) seattle streets...!!
they've been working on 1st ave (which pissed erika off many days at a time...) then they were working on 2nd ave...and now they're closing off some streets along broad st/western ave...etc.. which is directly in the way of my bus route to work..! so i've been leaving at the same time i do every morning and i'm getting to work late ! so i take an earlier bus and i still get to work later than usual... i hate you construction!!

2 more magazine covers for the month of november♥ (and i think i heard a rumour there might be an additional cover..?) i like how the glamorous cover looks...a few years ago while promoting "all for you", namie wore a mini tiara in her promos..and now, she's got a full on tiara ! she's rockin it♥ she's looking mighty cute in the 'in red' cover too... can't wait to see the photoshoots for these!

we went to see the new 'zombieland' movie at the Cinnebarre in Mount Lake Terrace :)
it's a new bar/cinema that opened. very cool!
you have to be 21+ to enter and there are tables inside the theater. a waiter comes by and you can order drinks and food. erika and i got a pitcher of 'pulp fiction' (drinks/food are named after movies) pulp fiction is champagne with orange juice. jamus and marty got a pitcher of mac&jack's. and we got some appetizers as well.
zombieland was awesome/hilarious/gory/plenty of scary clowns/and one of the better movies i've seen this year♫

the lobby has a bar in the center and the walls are plastered with awesome movie posters! so i took a picture of a few:) here's clockwork orange, ginormous sized!

went to my new favorite music shop 'silver platters' (well..now that tower records is gone... --and there isn't a virgin megastore available in washington... music shops have become limited...:( -- and i purchased the much anticipated mariah album...! i am currently listening to it and i like it a lot so far... as of now (and i only just started listening) i like #3 "H.A.T.E.U."

as you can see in my pictures, i obtained some mariah posters..! for FREE ! the amazing thing about silver platters is they have a lot of free goodies ♥ i'll usually find some posters/flyers to take home.

along with mariah's new album, i found some other music goodies as well ♥ i got used cd's of: Justice, AIR, Sneaker Pimps, and some aaliyah singles with remixes ☺
the cashier dude even said i had a strange/vast taste in music. hahaha!

Memoirs of an imperfect angel...!

mariah carey has released her new album 'memoirs of an imperfect angel'... (in stores now guys!)
i must say, the diva has made quite a comeback with her last 2 albums... (emancipation of mimi and e=mc2) i was impressed with the last 2 pieces!! and now, i'm really looking forward to this one. i sampled a few songs and i like what i hear. her first single off the album is "obsessed" and from what i gather, it's a response-song to eminen. eminem a while ago, released a song where he bashes on mariah and talks about how he wants her back. he even throws a couple jabs at nick cannon (her husband--whom i don't care much for....). i wonder if we'll get another response back from eminem after this one! anyways, i plan to purchase this tomorrow. i'll share my thoughts in a later post♥

oyster run in anacortes...!

on sunday, erika and her badass biker friends all went for the oyster run ! (annual bike ride thingy...) i was lucky enough to be a passenger on marty's bike !! here we are making our first stop off the freeway (because it was so cold) and grabbing a cup of latte--yum! ♥
