monday was azusa's bday...! the big 3-0! i posted pugs because she has a pug (his name is musashi... kyaha! such a cool name for a pug!) i got musashi a pretty darn cute chew toy that squeaks heheh she just moved to fremont last weekend, i think i'll have to pay a visit to her ! her new place sounds oober cute!

mega-phones...!

hahahah! haven't heard anyone talk over a mega-phone in a while! so i was walking around downtown today (yep, it was sunny! actually got warm enough for me to take off my coat)...and i see all these protesters... holding up signs, chanting, etc... i heard "taxes" "government" "obama" and realized it was (i THINK) an anti-obama rally..?! in seattle?!?! i saw more than a few NObama signs dancing around and other not-so-pretty references to obama.. today was also tax day, last day to file taxes in the U.S of A... hmmmm. well, i didn't stick around long enough to get a feel of what was going on but it was quite festive.. (hard to tell in the pics) but i've never seen so many people cram up in front of the westlake mall

cooked up a delicious tomato/mushroom soup..! really, it was so good...!
better make sure i don't leave leftovers in the sink tho.. don't want another kiki puke-fest... ICK!

boy o boy did i have a specific craving for rice krispy treats all week...! so i bought cute heart/star/rabbit cookie cutters and make krispy treats! mmmm... it's been a while and they were yum!

this was a cool wall art i found in seattle... i wondered what it could be.. first i thought it was a sex shop... then maybe a club...? today i walked the front of the building and it's an industrial-gothic-ish hair salon...! i woulda never guessed!

jamus and i hung out with schreiner on saturday @ the matador... a tequila bar! did you know they had over 90 types of tequila shots...! the most expensive being a $100 shot! damn! i forgot what we had but i had more than a few drrrrinks...got quite tipsy... it was good seeing schreiner again... we'll have to do it again!

sakuracon....!

yep...that time of the year again.. the annual sakuracon was held in seattle over the weekend... for 3 full days ! kelly wanted to go and i was down to check ppl out (all dressed up) but it costs a whopping 40 bucks to get in! forget that ! caleb dressed up to go... had to take a pic.. check out that ginormous knife!

happy hour...!

so last friday i went to happy hour with my co-workers★
we met up with theresa and katie who've been trying out different bars along 1st ave in downtown seattle... this friday was the 'virginia inn'... bar wasn't THAT great... the waitress charged me for 3 tanquerays when in fact i only had 2!!! the place was small and squished... about the only nice thing about this bar was this pretty rose :) o well..we'll have to try a different bar next time !

it was the friday before easter...aka good friday... we found the easter bunny handing out (spiked) err..candy! i was sketchy about eating them...

masseuse...!

so we totally have a masseuse coming to my work next week...!! she's a recent graduate and is coming in to offer her services :) she was here last week too but i didn't bother to sign up for it... it's $15 (which is a good deal)... then i thought about it: i've never had a professional massage done to me and i've always wanted one... i'll have to pay for the service no matter what so why not take this op and get it for a good deal?? plus i can do it during my work hours:) my co workers said it was fabulous... hmmm... should i?? should i?? my neck does need some massaging...ugh

zombie-fied...!

boy was i an absolute zombie on wednesday.... i went to work and was literally falling asleep every second.... i've had times before where i'd get kinda tired and sleepy..but it was so bad i couldn't keep my eyelids open! a result of sleepless nights... i went home early wednesday and had a 10 hour day today to make up for it... not too bad tho.. tomorrow i have a half day since we have easter coming up on the weekend. i don't celebrate easter but hey, i'll take the half day :) maybe i should take this opportunity to do something easter-like ★

the weather was absolutely BEAUTIFUL last weekend...! sunshine carried on to monday and tuesday as well ★ tuesday i had lunch with lykins again over at the 'dicks' restaurant on queen anne.... mmmm delish:)

vegas..?! in july..?!?!

so i will probably be going to las vegas for a weekend in july... no...wait, i'm MOST certain i will be going to vegas this july (^o^) see...ahem...there's this street fighter tournament thing that's gonna be held in vegas and what better place than vegas?!? yes the guys are all going but what a perfect opportunity to vacay in vegas! they can play street fighter all they want! i guarantee i can find something to do if i get bored at the tournament *_*

YEA!!!!! i got me some BP's today! aka Battle Points from playing Street Fighter 4!

ok ok...yes James helped me get the first 80 points HOWEVER i did beat someone online BY MYSELF and that earned me friggin 121 points..!!! really!! i'm so happy! :) i'm kind of afraid to play again cuz i don't wanna lose them but i think i'll try to get more points... YEA!

so erika DID indeed get that xbox from nick today...! check it out yo! even kiki's all wondering about it :) so we got an xbox console and a few games; erika was playing halo when i left the house today. now we can get our own sf4 (which erika said she'd probably get anyway) and i could play sagat 24/7 now! woohoo's !! how cool! how cooooL! totes :)
